Built in 1903 by the architect Emmanuel Brun, this villa presents the characteristics of art nouveau.
The vegetal ornamentation, with its luxuriant curves, spreads out on the facades. One can see beetles, butterflies and bats, perhaps a nod to the emblematic animal of Nice culture, the ratapignata.
