To celebrate the end-of-year holidays, the TNN Troupe and the ERACM Apprentice Actors invite young and old to (re)immerse themselves in the Fables of La Fontaine.
Jean de La Fontaine searches the animal world for the masks of his characters. He humorously mocks our failings and the moral of his fables is often cruel. From the too docile dog to the too proud rabbit, from the too stingy ant to the too rebellious wolf, none of his protagonists finds favor in his eyes... The bestiary he summons allows us an unvarnished self-criticism and if some characters, like Perrette or a lumberjack slip into the middle of these tales, the better to highlight them. We...
