The Quadrille du Tabuc, a folklore group from the Guisane, offers you the opportunity to see how they make and sell bread for the Easter festival.
Every Saturday Pascal for twenty years, the Quadrille du Tabuc makes its own bread and offers it for sale. It makes its own leaven, works with flour from the high Alps, a mixture of 75% wheat flour and 25% rye flour. Come and meet us for your pleasure and ours, and you might hear some traditional Dauphinoise music, and why not dance.
