The Histoire d'Aix et de Provence Association hosts the traditional Three Wise Men Parade. A long parade of santons in costume, little angels, shepherds, all kinds of artisans, peasants and their livestock lead the way for the Three Wise Men and their three camels.
The parade stops all over the city to sing classic Christmas carols with the crowds as folklore groups dance. Overseen by the Archbishop in the cathedral. The Three Wise Men come to adore the baby Jesus and give him gold, frankincense and myrrh to the Turenne March performed by the organs, Harmonie Municipale d'Aix en Provence and Académie du Tambourin.
