For the 11th year, the chapel of Saint Jean de la Garde Freinet will host the large Provençal crib created by Maxime Codou and volunteers from the association Les Amis de la Crèche.
In entirely natural settings, innovative and sunny scenes will take visitors to the heart of Provencal life, its history and the magic of Christmas.
The crib will plunge visitors into a nostalgic evocation of Saint Tropez at the end of the 19th century, to discover in the Ponche district, under a setting sun with the shimmering colors painted by Signac, the Pesquière beach that lives to the rhythm of the waves and the life of Provencal fishermen's families.
