In summer, forest areas are more exposed to the risk of fire. To protect walkers and sites, access to the Bouches-du-Rhône massifs, including the Alpilles, is regulated from 1 June to 30 September.
The danger levels are determined daily by forest massif. They can be consulted from 6pm onwards for the following day at: www.risque-prevention-incendie.fr/13
