Drama
Most of the classes take place at the Georges Brassens Theatre.
The theatre department of the CMMAD is important because it is rare to find, within a public service local artistic teaching establishment, a high quality learning opportunity, under the guidance of professional teachers recognised by the Ministry of Culture.
The CMMAD offers a three-cycle curriculum, plus an "Hors Cursus" level, from the age of 16 plus two other courses: "éveil", from the age of 8 and "initiation", from the age of 12.
The teaching team
Under the authority of the director, the team is made up of 23 teachers, all of whom are state-qualified and who also have artistic careers.
