The Espace de l'Olivier is a new reception hall with a total surface area of 350m2, located 2.5km from downtown Istres.

It's the ideal place :
For individuals: to welcome your guests for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, or any other private event or evening.
For companies: to welcome your employees, participants, customers, etc. for a seminar, meeting, assembly, training session, etc.
For associations: to welcome your members to a gym, dance, yoga or bingo class, etc...

The premises are fully equipped:
Kitchen: reheating oven, dishwasher, sink with water point, microwave, stainless steel tables, refrigerator, freezer, serving carts
Bar: pass-through, glass washer, ice machine, sink with water point, percolator
Catering room: tables, chairs, checkroom area
Crockery, glasses and cutlery
Three washrooms
Video projector
Relaxation room with TV
WIFI
Reversible heat pumps (heating and air conditioning)

You are also free to choose the caterer, entertainer or any other contributor to the event.

Our modular space allows you to create a warm, intimate atmosphere, whether you are 30 or 200 people (maximum capacity).
The lighting is composed of RGB LEDs, enabling you to keep the light white, change the color to create the right atmosphere, or even automate a different color scenario.
