In 2006, SEMPA created the concept of GACO - Open Air Gallery, so that the inhabitants of Griffeuille could get involved and help to develop and take charge of their district through travelling creative workshops and artists' residences which result in in situ events and exhibitions. The different elements of the buildings' façades become galleries and the walls take on a new meaning, in a magical re-enchantment of the stones in Griffeuille!
