The Parallax Gallery is in the centre of Aix-en-Provence and is dedicated to contemporary photography.

The gallery's vocation is to offer the artistic visions of contemporary photographers on a theme linked to a culture, a territory and its history.
As a place of photographic creation, Galerie Parallax develops through its exhibitions an artistic inventory of a heritage that bears witness to our times.

Its mission is to defend the work of photographic authors, promote it and present it to the widest possible audience.
The gallery's artistic line is defined as “the effect of the observer's change of position on what he perceives”.

Galerie Parallax is launching its Artothèque, offering works by its artists for rental. Renting allows you to create a changing environment. You'll dare to experiment, change your mind. You'll discover and tame a work of art...
