This short trek is nevertheless panoramic with its view of the two villages: Roquestéron and Roquestéron – Grasse separated physically by the Estéron and administratively located in two different cantons, Roquestéron-Grasse covering almost 2,400 ha and Roquestéron less than 650 ha, both of them, very wooded, protected by FFPP paths. The neighbourhood of Plan falls within the largest stretch of the Estéron, which lies within this zone.
