At Domaine de l'Oiselet, there are treasures in every corner! For over 30 years now, this 5-generation family-run organic farm has been renowned for its Vacqueyras wine. You'll find peacocks, rabbits, cheerful poultry and gentle sheep!
Rose and her husband also manage organic permaculture plants with many ancient varieties. There are also vineyards and an olive grove - a true paradise on earth!
Having always wanted to create a place based on the Montessori approach, Rose has been welcoming children and adults to the farm for over 30 years, sharing her knowledge through interactive workshops, courses...
Even more surprising is her mastery of sorbet-making and pastry-making! In short, Domaine de l'Oiselet is a place full of surprises!
There's even some unusual accommodation: a yurt and giant barrels. You've been warned... a thousand surprises!
