The pool isn't a pool, it's a bar!
In a city as hot as Arles, and in a world struggling to cool down, the creation of a swimming pool in its original definition and the energy-consuming aspect of this type of installation quickly seemed to us to be nonsense, contrary to our values and the ecological charter of our project. So we imagined our rooftop as a surrealist swimming pool (without water, that is)...
But you can still cool off in the pool by immersing yourself, body and soul, in a selection of liquids of varying strength.
liquids. The cocktail list is made up exclusively of fresh, organic produce from virtuous distilleries. The wine list will be devoted exclusively to the work of winemakers who respect their terroirs, estates more inclined towards alchemy than chemistry.
