"Plage des Laurons" in Martigues is a pocket-sized beach set next to the port of the same name. Combining shingle and grass, it is situated along the "Sentier du Littoral" coastal footpath and is easily accessible to all.
Showers and toilets have been fitted as well as a play area for children.
Free parking is available nearby and the beach is signposted in summer to ensure the safety of swimmers from the boats leaving the small port.
Its main feature is this picnic area fitted out with tables, benches and shaded corners which allows you to spend a day with the family without leaving the beach.
The beach is supervised on the weekend of June 21-22 and then every day from June 28 to August 31, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Blind guide dogs accepted.
Showers are not accessible during drought restrictions.
