The Syndicat Interprofessionnel de l'Olive de Nice (SION) is the defense and management body for the "Huile d'Olive de Nice" and "Olive de Nice" Protected Designations of Origin (PDO).
It brings together a collective of 102 members (olive growers, millers and confectioners) from 99 communes in the Alpes-Maritimes department.
