The 3 Souquets is both a boutique of selected local products around olives and a workshop of "santons" (small hand-painted terracotta nativity scene figurines). A world of Provencal flavours and tastes is verging on the small world of Santons of Denis Voeux.
The "3 Souquets" workshop-boutique is located at the foot of the village of Séguret, one of France's most beautiful villages and nicknamed the Bethlehem of Provence.
> ARTISAN-SANTONIER Denis Voeux developed a passion for modelling late in life, focusing on shaping clay. His first character was sculpted in the image of his maternal grandfather. Over the years, many other figures have come to surround the nativity, all taken from real people who inspired him with a particular feeling, often due to their profession and commitment.
> LA BOUTIQUE offers a veritable discovery of the world of the olive, with a fine selection of all the A.O.P olive oils of France, olives de bouche and other tapenades, as well as a whole range of olive oil-based cosmetics, including the famous Marseille soap. You'll also find other local products such as scourtins, essential oils, jams, honey, cookies and even lavender bouquets.

Since 2016, Denis has been growing his own olive trees and producing his own olive oil. During a guided tasting session, he will introduce you to Séguret oil, a skilful blend of two terroirs: Nyons and the Dentelles de Montmirail.

Cuvée de Noël, an early oil made from Tanche and Aglandau.
Cuvée Saint-Joseph, sweeter, with aromas of fresh almonds and hints of avocado on the finish.
Cuvée Saint-Louis, a delicious balance of fresh almonds and cut grass. Available in 2-liter, 3-liter and 5-liter sizes.
The olive tree will no longer hold any secrets for you, thanks to our guided tastings of olive oil and olives from French olive-growing regions, enriched by stories about this emblematic Mediterranean tree and the making of this sunny nectar.
