MEMOIRE A space of resonance between art and object, between what has been and what continues. The works presented in the gallery take the form of silent, sometimes erased faces that seem to emerge from the material. The fabric is not merely a medium—it is memory. It retains the imprint of gesture, of time, of repetition, of wear. Around these works, Marion Delcroix offers a carefully curated selection of objects and furniture chosen for their patinas and their histories. Everything contributes to the same sensitive narrative, revolving around trace and transmission. MEMOIRE aims, during the course of a visit, to reveal a singular universe where art and design converse. Marion Delcroix, a French artist born in 1990, studied applied arts. In 2012, she won the Elle Solidarité Mode competition and joined Esmod Paris, from which she graduated with a degree in Fashion Design. After working for over ten years with several major houses such as Saint Laurent, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Cartier, Marion Delcroix decided to create her own works, exploring the sensation of memory and its inherent presence in the mind. In an era hungry for immediacy, her aim is to embed memory within its own temporality.
