The Mourillon beaches are, throughout the year, one of the favorite places of toulonnais.
Sports activities for young and old alike include mini-golf, volleyball, sea kayaking and sailing.
The Mourillon coastline boasts 7 hectares of sandy beaches, 9 hectares of landscaped gardens, 1,300 free parking spaces, a nautical base and waterfront bars and restaurants.

The beaches of the Mistral and Lido coves have been awarded the Pavillon Bleu label.

Tourism and Handicaps label for disabled access to Anse de la Source and Lido beaches: access ramp and wheelchair for launching into the water, beach path leading to the water, wheelchair available at the lifeguard station.

For dogs:
Pets on a leash are allowed from 01/09 to 31/05, only on the Promenade Henri-Fabre. From 01/06 to 31/08, they are allowed only between 6 a.m. and 8.30 a.m.
Cani plage anse Tabarly: beach and swimming authorized.

It is forbidden to picnic in the immediate vicinity of restaurants in the demarcated areas south of Promenade Henri-Fabre.
The use of sound equipment is forbidden on the Mourillon beaches.
Swimming is prohibited in Anse Tabarly. Diving from the pontoon linking the Promenade Henri-Fabre to Anse Tabarly is also prohibited.
Fishing of any kind is prohibited in areas covered by a buoyage plan and in Anse Taberly.
The use of hygiene products such as soap and shampoo is prohibited in showers.
