Situated to the south-east of the town, on the seafront, the Beau Rivage park invites you to take a quiet stroll. Here, an ancient chapel, no longer standing, was a place of worship for the Carqueirannais until the construction of the Sainte-Madeleine church.
At the end of the 19th century, the renowned Beau Rivage hotel was built on this site, with its vast glass terrace facing the sea and beautiful shaded areas under the pine trees, making it an idyllic spot for relaxation and outdoor games such as croquet or boules, overlooking the sea from 7 to 8 meters.
