The ornithological park offers to the visitor the possibility of walking on a natural space of 60 ha entirely devoted to the discovery of the fauna and the flora of Camargue.
7 km of developed walking trails allow for the observation of many species of sedentary and migratory birds. The park is also home to a wildlife care center that takes in over 600 injured birds each year.

A must for ornithologists, birdwatchers and all friends of nature, the Parc ornithologique du Pont de Gau trail offers exceptional proximity to nature! The various trails invite visitors to get up close and personal with the vast world of birds and the flora and fauna they live alongside.
Although the pink flamingo, the emblematic wader of the Camargue, can be observed all year round, it is from December onwards that you can witness its great courtship displays... Several other species, such as the teal and the triple-banded kinglet (Europe's smallest bird!), can be seen in winter.
Stroll freely through the park and discover the spectacle of each season at your own pace.
