Plage Crin Blanc "Plage Crin Blanc" is located in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Attended by a lifeguard in summer, this is the ideal place for a day out on the beach with the kids, who will love the fine sand and having plenty of space to gallivant. Packed with bathers in summer, it is also a favourite spot for horse riders who come here to gallop along the shore in all seasons – this is where the famous film "Crin Blanc" (White Mane) was shot! In late May, this "Plage Crin Blanc" provides the stage for the time-honoured Gypsy Pilgrimage, when gypsies from the world over gather to pay tribute to their patron saint Sarah.
