




The sandy beach of Canadel is knowned by the Provencal Landings that took place at midnight on Aujust 14-15th, 1944, it is now a peaceful beach and appreciated for its underwater landscape.
Delicate sand is going on celestial blue water where the fishes enjoyed posidonia.
The emergency station separate the beach. On the right, a plate remember us the 1944 landing.
To go to Canadel beach, by foot or bicycle, walk on the Green Line, Voie Verte, old railway of “Train des Pignes”, and go down to Avenue de la Méditerranée, or Docteur Ratynski or France.
By car, drive on D559, there is a parking next to the chapel, opposite the Necropolis, across from the road to Col du Canadel (La Mole).

- Pets welcome Dogs on leashes are allowed on the Anse du Petit Port beach. During the season (1 June to 31 October), dogs are not allowed on the beaches between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. However, they are tolerated on private beaches, provided they are kept on a leash and tied to a parasol.
