A parking lot with more than 200 spaces, a memorial site*, a memorial and a barge form the first access platform to the beach that is made by 4 passages.
From the rest area, in sand, shaded under the maritime pines, one sees the enchanting site of the Ile d'Or and red rocks. Pebble beach: the sand starts at 20 m from the edge. History: Dramont beach was one of the main landing sites of Provence. On August 15, 1944, on the pebble beach, 20,000 GI’s of the 36th Texas Division of the US Army landed in less than 10 hours with tanks and heavy artillery.
