Plage du Phare
"Plage du Phare" is situated in Fos-sur-Mer, just after the marina and "Plage Saint Gervais". This small, shingle beach, stretching out under the watchful eye of the "Phare de Saint Gervais" lighthouse, has also benefited from the immense efforts made by local authorities and inhabitants to reinstate this stretch of the coast to its rightful status as a bathing and water sports venue. "Plage du Phare" offers basic facilities and an adjacent car park. It has been awarded the European "Blue Flag" for ports and beaches since 2006.
