From the hamlet of Argens, renowned for its fine lavender and the distillery that can be visited, follow a road that smells of Provence to St André, where lavender fields overlook the Verdon, then head for the distillery museum in Barrême.

Located at the heart of the machinery, the museum is dedicated to the surprising history of this factory and the distillation of lavender in the Grasse hinterland. Aromatic plants, essential oils and games will awaken all your senses. Also worth a visit is the museum store dedicated to lavender and perfume plants.
