The underwater trail is located in the Domaine du Rayol, a 20-hectare protected natural area, including a 7-hectare Mediterranean Garden, facing the islands of Port-Cros and Le Levant. Depart from the Maison de la Plage, wearing a wetsuit, flippers, mask and snorkel, and accompanied by a state-certified guide, for a peaceful exploration of the small seabed.

This underwater trail is located in the Corniche Varoise marine protected area, a Natura 2000 site, and is part of the network of underwater trails in the Port-Cros National Park area. It has been awarded the "Esprit parc national - Port-Cros" label.
