Bauduen is a "little port" with sailing boats. It is a nice place to be.
The rising waters of Lake Saint-Croix have turned the village into a small port. However, it was only saved from the waters by another water, that of the very strong resurgence of Fontaine-l'Evêque. In fact, the level of the lake, which should have risen higher, was limited for fear that the resurgence might be reversed.
