





The Falaise des Écureuils, which overlooks the plateau of the same name, is a beautiful limestone cliff of modest size with yellow reflections, offering a dozen or so slightly sloping routes from 6a to 7a. It lies behind the Rocher qui Répond.

Approach walk: 15 minutes
Access: From Briançon towards Névache, after the main straight, park at the entrance to the hamlet of Plampinet on the right. Then follow the signs for "Les Acles": cross the first few houses in the hamlet on the right, and the track becomes a path to cross the torrent des Ayes and climb through the forest to the Plateau des Écureuils.
