Created at the end of the 1950s by a couple of young horticulturists from Marseille specialising in cacti, the exotic garden of Sanary-sur-Mer has gradually welcomed animal species from different continents.
With an area of 2 hectares, the Sanary-sur-Mer animal and exotic park now allows you to discover many exotic animals and plants: 29 species of mammals (serval, armadillo, meerkat, otter, lemur...), 28 species of birds (ara, cockatoos, red flamingo, casoar...) and 7 species of reptiles (cayman with glasses, iguana, turtle, monitor...) await you, for the greatest delight of young and old!
The park has recently been expanded with the creation of a new enclosure for European fallow deer.
On the botanical side, Zoa Parc presents a vast collection of tropical plants (including the famous carnivorous plants) and cacti.
The park also offers free parking, picnic areas, playground, snack bar, souvenir shop.
