Set off on a rural loop in the Hautes-Alpes: Valserres, the sanctuary of Notre-Dame-du-Laus, picturesque hamlets, Embrun and back via the Col de Vars. An itinerary combining nature, heritage and peaceful landscapes in the heart of the Southern Alps.

Leave Barcelonnette in the direction of Gap, after Remollon, head towards Valserres.

The road then takes you to the sanctuary of Notre-Dame-du-Laus and its beautiful panorama.

After La Bâtie-Neuve, continue towards Saint-Apollinaire on a picturesque little road passing through several hamlets.

This beautiful route continues to Embrun, before climbing the Col de Vars and descending into the Ubaye Valley.
