After a good hike, nothing like a lemon pie!
When you arrive in the village of Sainte-Agnès, we advise you to go and taste a good slice of lemon pie in one of the restaurants of your choice. -
Starting from Gorbio, wear hiking shoes! Once parked, go past the Saint-Lazare chapel, then on the paved path, admire the gardens and the vegetable gardens. After going down to the RD22, climb up to the Col de Bausson. Take the time to admire the Cime de Biancon, then head back down to Sainte-Agnès to enjoy a slice of lemon pie in one of the village restaurants!"From the car park, follow the wide path (GR 51) that leads to the chapel of St-Lazare and to the bridge over the torrent of Ray;...

Take the time to admire the Cime de Biancon, then head back down to Sainte-Agnès to enjoy a slice of lemon pie in one of the village restaurants!"From the car park, follow the wide path (GR 51) that leads to the chapel of St-Lazare and to the bridge over the torrent of Ray; take to the left the paved path that goes up between an olive grove and vegetable gardens. The slope is soon accentuated and one rises by turns in the bottom of the ravine.
Continue the climb until a shady flat in the middle of a wood of yeuses and cross horizontally among the abandoned restanques of the district of Bausson. After some ruins, the trail goes back to the right to reach RD 22 connecting Peille to Sainte-Agnès.
Descend 50 m on this one to find to the left the continuation of the climb to the col de Bausson (791m), small flat nestled among the pines at the level of the summit of Biancon.
Then dive (East) to Sainte-Agnès by a good path that cuts a track for a moment.
Reach the Saint-Sébastien chapel and take the opportunity to discover the village of Sainte-Agnès. Then, take the route taken to go from the chapel of Saint-Sébastien.
