Start at the Pra Loup bridge, near the bike wash.
Take the small road towards La Conchette for 1.5km, and at the bridge fork right onto a wide forest track.
After 2.8km, take the right-hand track and continue as far as the Col des Alaris.
Stay on the main flat track as far as the Alaris forest hut, which here becomes a footpath.
After crossing three streams, the path descends (very technically) first along a ridge, then into a field (be careful, the path is no longer marked here). Reach the ruin and descend into the field to rejoin the path.
Continue downhill to Uvernet-Fours.
From the village, take the road to the right, then fork left after the picnic area.
Follow the route back to the Pra Loup bridge, skirting the Bois Chenu golf course.
