Start behind Saint-Pierre church.
Take the chemin de l'Adroit and follow the signs for Les Allemands for 2.4km.
At the junction, follow the Chemin de l'Adroit towards La Salce. The road, which at first is quite steep, becomes a gentler track for 2.8km.
After the paragliding take-off area, the track descends, crosses a torrent and then rises again to reach a crossroads at 1587m. Turn left onto a steep, stony track.
At the next crossroads, turn right towards Bonnet Vert. The climb ends at the barrier.
Turn right onto the downhill path. After several hairpins, this leads to a wide track.
Climb up on the left to find the second part of the descent on a beautiful, winding, technical path (a variation is possible on the left, with a tortuous start, then a rolling path).
Once you reach Le Bourget, return along a small tarmac road.
