A round trip in the shade of the forest. Beware of the trail with the same name, as its route is different.
➡️ START:
From Les Orres 1650, take the bridge on the left, then go up Allée des Chamois to reach the Épervière parking lot.
➡️ ROUTE:
Take the trail at the back of the Épervière parking lot. It successively crosses the Pramouton ski lift, a ski slope, and a wooded area.
At the intersection, go down towards a second ski slope, follow it uphill for 80 meters (passing under the chairlift). At the "Clot la Reine" sign, follow "Le Chemin du Garde," which runs alongside the old canal.
At the "Fort Anglaise" sign, turn right towards "Chemin du Garde." Follow this direction throughout the hike.
The trail crosses a scree slope and two difficult sections secured by a cable. Continue until you reach the Grand Vallon forest road.
Return via the same route.
