From the very first meters, the route follows a forest road that winds gently through hay meadows. This gradual ascent allows you to warm up while enjoying superb panoramic views over the Vars valley. As the climb progresses, the open spaces give way to a more alpine atmosphere. The descent heads due south, plunging into a forest with typical mountain scents: larches and hooked pines offer shade and coolness, contrasting with the more open exposure at the start. The trail becomes more playful, alternating bends and fast sections, always in a wild and unspoilt atmosphere.
