This challenging but easy-going loop immerses you in the wild Ventoux mountains, where you'll come face-to-face with the animal world.
This is a rolling route with no technical sections. From Sault, it takes the direction of Montbrun les Bains and then, at the foot of Reilhanette, climbs back up to the Ventoux via a beautiful, winding forest track, which is smooth and gradual, alternating between track and tarmac. It's an ideal place for animal encounters. The climb continues to the Cabane du Mouflon and its beautiful meadow, before taking the Route de la Tune, and continuing east under La Frache to return to Sault via Aurel and the Fôret du Défends.
