Very easy family tour, accessible for strollers. The plateau has several benches and beautiful viewpoints in the shade or in the sun, notably one of the majestic Chabre mountain.
1 - Start
From the city hall's parking lot, go down the road for 80 m on the side of the holiday village. At the first tirn, go right and toward a large rocky path.
2 - Viewpoint
On the left, a belvedere with benches is available to admire the majestic mountain of Chabre and to have a global view of the Céans valley, from the village of Pont-Lagrand to Orpierre.
3 - Watering hole
On the right, between the playground and the soccer field, a watering hole is available to refresh yourselves...
Proceed forward until the next crossroad. On the road, you can admire the surrounding ochards and meadows and see the Rocher de Garde overlooking the plateau.
4 - Crossroad
After a small descending path, take the right road which goes up lightly.
Continue going forward to go back towards Lagrand.
5 - Viewpoint
While going back to the village you can observe the Massif of Dévoluy in the landscape and listen to the flow of the Blaisance torrent.
6 - Return trip / Extension
Proceed forward to extend the stroll by visiting the church and the village or turn right to go back to the parking lot.
