The Plan de Phazy with its pools of thermal water (26°C to 28°C) has been known since ancient times. This is the starting point. Passing behind the rotunda, an unusual walk begins, offering a beautiful loop through the deciduous forest. At the top of the path, the hamlet of Barbeing is revealed, with its improbable houses hidden behind the rock since the Middle Ages, home to a handful of year-round residents. In this unusual setting, you can enjoy an affordable hike, almost always in the shade. Finish the loop back down to the Plan de Phazy spring, where you are free to relax in the mineralised water or treat yourself to a healthy refreshment at the dedicated refreshment bar.
