Leaving the mountain bike center at Monêtier-les-Bains, follow the valley floor to Les Boussardes along a track and then a small road.
Cross the Guisane and follow the paths and tracks through meadows and woods to Le Casset.
Stay on the left bank and follow the narrow road up to Le Lauzet.
When you reach the hamlet of Les Boussardes, cross the Guisane and climb up to the hamlet and then to the edge of the forest.
Take a path then a track down the right bank to return to Le Casset,
Cross over to the left bank and follow the same route as before.
At the Pont des Granges bridge, follow the right-bank path to Le Monêtier.
