Ideal for a family outing
Start from the MTB Center, Monêtier Les Bains. Go straight ahead on the right bank until you pass the La-Salle-les-Alpes power station.
Take the small asphalt road (route des Guibertes), through the hamlet of Les Guibertes.
Then reach the dirt track, skirting the power station to the right on the dirt track that runs alongside the Guisane river.
After passing the Pontillas lake, turn right at the traffic circle towards Le Bez. A long climb takes you to the heart of the village.
Turn left at the fountain, then down to the bike-washing station near the Casse du Boeuf chairlift.
The same route can be taken back up to Monêtier.
