Departing from Rognes, this itinerary covers the northern area of the Bouches-du-Rhône and underlines the striking contrasts between the narrow and tortured roads criss-crossing the hills between Rognes and Saint Estève Janson, the agricultural plain dotted with little Provençal farmhouses and the strict geometry of Durance valley, shaped by the hand of man. It also offers an opportunity to discover the charming village of Rognes, whose stone of the same name lights up the surrounding country. Last but not least, the views over the Luberon are simply unforgettable.
