The Roaix hike is a family-friendly circuit with no major difficulties and a gentle climb. You'll enjoy panoramic views over the Ouvèze plain, the Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux and, even further afield, the Drôme Provençale.
The route takes in little-traveled back roads and wide dirt tracks. A good pair of sports sneakers will suffice for this itinerary.
