With several sections in common with the TransVerdon, this magnificent circuit winds around the unspoilt Baou valley.
After passing through the abandoned village of Châteauneuf les Moustiers, it follows an ancient Roman road built into the foothills of the Mourre de Chanier massif and then reaches Rougon. The return to La Palud sur Verdon is a difficult ascent, which can be extended by combining it with the Tour des Belvédères de l'Escalès to finish with a beautiful descent.
