The Via Ferrata of Puget-Theniers "Les Demoiselles du Castagnet" is practicable almost all the year. Only few periods in the winter are inaccessible.
Impressive is the correct word. It is an « Old School route » : verticality, height, simple suspension bridges and a zipline. Not so physical but tough because of few places of rest. There is a way-out at the canyon, and at a suspension bridge and then at the zipline, but it would be a pity to deprive yourself of those sensations: unforgettable.
