  • This little trip is an opportunity to explore Villar d'Arène, with its hamlets and exceptional alpine environment at the foot of the iconic, prestigious summits of Les Ecrins and at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park.

  • ROUTE
    Starting from Villar d'Arène, follow signs to Le Pied du Col and then Arsine. Come back along the same road and take the D1091 towards the Col du Lautaret for just a few hundred metres. Turn left towards Les Cours and Saint Antoine Church and ride up to the end of the road to the Lac du Pontet. Return to Villar d'Arène following the same route.
    If you start from La Grave, make sure you have a light on your bike for the tunnels on the way to Villar d'Arène.
