It is a difficult course, very playful and which never leaves time to breathe, it has a strong difference in altitude with lots of bumps to cross. You have very beautiful panoramas of the Lure mountain and the Durance valley from the ridges.
The route starts in the undergrowth and winds between the oaks, a first part is driving. Before taking a long climb to find a sublime path on the ridge. A first fast and playful descent, with a few steps and lots of turns ... You are now in the undergrowth and the path only goes up and down all on wonderful singletrack you are in the forest massif of the heathers, it is wild nature in its purest state. Subsequently the path joins a part of the XCO MTB Stadium on the "Jack Daniel" preferably follow the red route. The last part of the trail is just as fun. Take an unusual path that plays between trees, stream and footbridges, all in a refreshing forest. To finish in apotheosis, a last effort will take you on the special of the slides, a part designed for Enduro, under the hill of St Jean, a real Russian mountain that will give you a full range of sensations.
