This one-week stay is focused on the practice of celestial object photography using various existing techniques: planetary imaging with a webcam, wide-field stellar imaging with parallel mounting, and deep-sky object imaging.
You can register for the full course (7 or 10 nights) or attend only part of the stay. In this case, please refer to the detailed pricing on the Astroguindaine website.
If you have your own observation and/or photographic equipment, feel free to bring it along: we will teach you how to use it in the best possible way.
This stay is intended for amateur astronomers who already have some experience and wish to learn or improve their astrophotography skills. It may also appeal to photography enthusiasts eager to discover advanced night photography techniques.
