You'll be invited to personalize the soap you receive as a gift at the end of the tour.
You'll then be welcomed at the Gerarh restaurant, next door to the soap factory, for a guided tasting of the finest local olive oils. The experience continues with a locavore, organic and seasonal lunch, prepared by the chef with olive oil from starter to dessert. The restaurant has been awarded the FIG label (the indicator for eco-responsible restaurants) and the Ecotable label.
