Vélo Vaucluse Découverte : Mini-séjour en vélo électrique entre Dentelles de Montmirail et Mont Ventoux dans le Comtat Venaissin.

The tour will be run on a star basis from the Mas de Carabelle, our partner accommodation ideally located at La Roque Alric. As a result, you won't have to carry, pack or unpack your luggage. So, after your day's cycling, your only priority will be to relax in an exceptional, calm and peaceful setting.
Your stay can last two, three or four days, as you wish. Régis suggests you choose your cycling trip from the following themed days.
- The Dentelles de Montmirail and their emblematic rocky ridges: A total escape to the famous Côtes du Rhône crus of Gigondas and Beaumes-de-Venise, as well as to authentic villages such as Sablet and Séguret at the foot of the mountain range.

- The Ventoux foothills, with their variety of villages: Le Barroux, dominated by its imposing château, Caromb with its belfry, Bédoin, gateway to the Giant of Provence, Crillon le Brave, a charming little village perched on dry stone walls, Flassan with its ochre-tinted facades, and Mormoiron with its soustets.

- The Comtat Venaissin plain, the garden of France: A bucolic stroll through typical Mediterranean crops and local specialities. At times, you'll follow the Carpentras Canal, a genuine life-saving irrigation canal, or the Via Venaissia, a former railway line that has been rehabilitated as a greenway.

- Malaucène and surrounding area: You'll discover the village center and its rich heritage, the first laces of Mont Ventoux, Beaumont du Ventoux, its chapels and its mountain scenery. Finally, you'll return to your accommodation via the cute little village of Suzette, high up in the lace mountains, from where you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the massif.

Régis proposes this mini-tour to give you a complete overview of the area. Indeed, our region boasts such a diversity of landscapes and such a wealth of heritage that it would be a shame simply to walk through it and not linger.
