Five days to discover the Haute Clarée in a different way. At the whim of our five senses, as we perceive and feel.
Three nights in a hotel** and two nights in a refuge, for full immersion in the mountains, 500 to 800m ascent/day.

>> Day 01: Welcome and meeting at the hotel
Welcome at the hotel** l'Echaillon in the afternoon. Meeting with the group and presentation of the trip at 7pm.
>> Day 02: Warm-up and climb to the Saint Michel du Vallon chapel (2123m). We cross the village, and climb up to a beautifully contrasting mountain pasture, along a voluble torrent. The day will include introductions, physiology and breathing
notions, and a time of refocusing-intention for the stay.
>> Day 03: Lac des Béraudes (2504m) OR de la Cula (2450m)
Rising towards a lake: we'll tackle the “hiker's step”, and discover writing games (we'll play with words!) to express our inner feelings and perceptions.
>> Day 04: Climb to refuge... Buffère via côte Rouge, and Lac de Cristol (2245m) or Ricou via chemin de ronde, and Lac Laramon (2385m)
En route to the refuge: the tree, posture, anchoring, internalization; conscious, sensory walking (bare feet on the ground). After dinner, shared reading(s) under the stars! Overnight at the refuge.
We ask you to vacate your rooms in the morning before setting off on your hike. You can leave your luggage at the hotel and take a shower on day 06 when you return from these 2 days.
>> Day 05: Ascent to Grand Aréa (2869m) OR Col du Grand Cros (2848m)
Before breakfast, energize yourself outdoors near the refuge.
On the way to a pass or summit: walk in silence, learn about different breathing techniques, refocus and tell a story or two on the trail! In the evening, we introduce you to a number of self-awareness tools. Night at the refuge.
>> Day 06: Descent via the Gardiole valley, Foncouverte waterfall (1860m) and right bank of the Clarée.
Before breakfast, energize yourself outdoors near the refuge.
Time to yourself around the refuge: soak up the atmosphere before you leave! Descend to the valley, between waterfalls and river: integrate, share our “savoirs être” and exchange our “savoirs faire”. Collective ephemeral creation and/or “flight of sounds”. Debriefing and snack.
Departure from the hotel around 5:30pm.
